 혹독하다.  별다른 생각 없이 책을 펼쳐든 순간부터 무참한 폭행이 시작된다. 맞는 말이라 숨거나 도망갈 수도 없다. PTSD를 유발한다. 읽기 전 단단한 각오가 필요하다. 어설프게 위로받으려는 기대는 일찌감치 접어 놓는 게 좋다. 냉정하다. 말을 꾸밀 줄 모른다. 돌려 말하는 표현방식이 아니다. 체면치레의 고상한 기교따윈 개나 줘버렸다. 소위 '계급장을 뗀' 날 것의 그대로이다. 그래서 메시지 흡수율이 도핑 수준으로 높다.  헛바람을 뺀다. '유연함'과 '창의성'은 연막이다. 이제까지 꼴좋게 속아왔던 것이 분하다. 뼈대 없는 흐느적거림에 돈을 줄 사람은 없음을 뼈가 아프게 깨닫는다. 내가 왜 여태까지 돈을 못벌었는지 살떨리게 직면하게 된다. 눈이 트인다. 난생 처음으로 비전을 보았다. 사업의 궁극적 결말을 아이맥스 4D로 느껴버렸다. 이제서야 왜 그토록 잡다한 것들에 집요할 만큼의 투지를 쏟아야 하는지가 명쾌해졌다. 이제 다른 모든 사탕발림은 귓등을 타고 흩어져 버린다.  뻥 뚫린다. 비전을 제시하는 이런 류의 서적들의 고질병인 '그래서 어떻게?'에 대한 해답이 명징하다. 제시된 지침 이외의 방법은 생각할 수조차 없다.  잘 닦인 아우토반을 최대출력으로 질주하고픈 욕망을 불러 일으키는 솔루션이라, 가슴벅차게 실행하게 된다. PDS Diary, 다시 시작하려 한다.  기록과 측정, 이어서 변화시도와 결과평가. 이 모든 개념은 'Plan -> Do -> See'에 고스란히 담겨 있다. 면도도 하지 않고 거울 앞에 선 모습을 보기가 두려워 여태 외면해 왔던 내 본모습을 다시금 직면할 시간이다. 꼼꼼하게 기록하고 냉정하게 평가하자. 그리고 나아지고 또 결과를 지켜보자. 폭발할 듯한 엄청난 사업적 성공을 향해 RPM이 터지도록 엑셀을 밟을 것이다.
